Professional Mobile Dog Grooming Services

  My border collie was shaved and they did a great job!! They were super professional and cut the hair exactly the way I asked!

  Elva is still the best groomer for our dogs.  She is now mobile which makes my life easier.  We spend a couple weeks in Los Angeles every month and unless an emergency (as in I cannot handle how filthy or stinky our precious doggies are) we only have our precious dogs groomed my Elva.  They don't like being groomed but when they see Elva they are not shaking.  Always clean teeth, perfect nails, and great fur.  Better still, Elva pays attention!  She notices changes in our dogs that we may miss and even those we do not.  We had been treating out dog for a skin condition and after a few months Elva commented that she actually felt there was not an improvement (wishful thinking on our part), shared what she knew of another dog she grooms who had a similar skin condition and referred us to their veterinarian.  Suffice it to say, we went to that vet, ended up with a different diagnosis altogether and our dog no long has a problem with their skin.  
We trust Elva with our dogs and will always use her and her team as long as she is in business.

  I have a special needs dog that is hard to handle when trying to give him a bath. He simply will not let me. K9Grooming always works their magic. I can't thank them enough for all they do for Sydney in making him look and smell his best. Elba has a soft and warm touch and Sydney feels safe with her and only her. K9 Grooming has a big heart too. They do a lot to care for special needs and shelter pets. Thank you K9 Grooming!

  They take great care of our dog when he comes to get groomed and do their best to make sure no dog gets stuck in a cage for a long time. They're gentle with our nervous pup and he always comes out looking great. I took my dog to Petco once, which left him looking like a crazy little monster and it wasn't clear they did any of the special care things that the groomers at K9 Grooming do (like shaving his inner ear hair or checking his glands). They also do nice things like give him a seasonal bandana when he leaves (Valentine's day, 4th of July, etc.), which makes it feel like they want to add little special touches to the service.

There was one time where I went in and they had forgotten to reschedule my appointment and couldn't accommodate us, but it wasn't a huge deal for me to come back the next day. They are flexible about walk-ins when they can be, if the dog won't be stuck in a cage for a long time, but it's probably wise to make an appointment and confirm that you are on the schedule the day-of.

  I am so sad that Elba closed her doors in her physical location. I cannot find someone as good as her. Unfortunately, I find her mobile grooming option to be inconvenient and more expensive than dropping my dog off. Please re-open somewhere else!

  K9- Grooming and Elba are the best!  I have been bringing my senior, 13 year old, poodle "Dolly" to Elba for grooming and I am SO pleased.  Elba is extremely kind and gentle and Dolly looks so beautiful when I come to pick her up.  The hours are very convenient and once you discover K9 and Elba, you will not go anywhere else.  I don't worry when my Dolly is at K9 getting groomed by Elba and when I come to pick up little Dolly, she is always ready (and very calm).  If you are worried about taking your pet to a groomer, go to K9 and talk to Elba, you will find a small, friendly and community business.  It is not a chain and you always get the same person!   Signed:  A very pleased customer and Dolly sends her wags!

  This is the only place I will get my dog groomed! They are the nicest family that run this place. They are very affordable and do amazing work. They are great about telling you if they find something wrong on your dog (lumps, growths, fleas, cuts, etc.) I get my dog groomed here every few weeks and they make her white coat so bright and pretty without irritating her sensitive skin. They do a nice job with the sanitary cuts too! I also always love seeing what king of bandana they are going to give her. My dog is pretty afraid of most places/people, but she never seems to mind coming here, which makes me very happy. They also call you as soon as your dog is done so they don't have to wait in a cage for long. They are very accommodating, sweet, and run a really great place that I will continue to use. They also do grooming for all the dogs at the animal rescue next door, which must be a lot of work, but it's really amazing that they want to help all those dogs look their best for their new homes.

  I've been coming k9 Grooming to have my spaniel groomed for about 3 years now and have never had anything but the best experience! My dog is always perfectly groomed in a timely manner! I've lived in the Los Angeles area for about 9 years now and I struggled the first 2 years to find a consistent, wallet friendly and customer service oriented groomer nearby.  I came to k9 Grooming and have never looked back. They are the ONLY groomers I trust with my dog. The place is super cute, small, and extremely clean. Everyone that works there loves dogs really care about animals. We always laugh as I get to hear funny quirks and things my dog did while being there. My dog loves them! I mean can you imagine having your dog pull you into the groomer instead of pulling away??!!  I am so incredibly grateful to have found a groomer that I can fully trust with my dog and know that he is in the best of hands and will come out happy and perfectly groomed.
